Adrienne Porterfield

Adrienne Satsky Porterfield, 38, passed from this life on Jan. 11, 2017 at her home in Redwater, Texas. She was born in Lake Jackson on May 1, 1978 to Charles Wayne and Sandra Satsky. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter and friend and will be missed greatly. She loved cooking, antiquing, being outdoors, camping and arranging flowers. She was a talented artist, witty and had a creative mind.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2017 at 11 am at Sweeny Church of Christ with Ken Hysten officiating. The family will receive friends at the church 1 hour before service time. Interment will follow at Gulf Prairie Cemetery in Jones Creek. Serving as pallbearers are Teddy Bowers, John Michael Slade, Chucky Slade, Brad DeRamcy, Jameson Key, and Ted Bowers.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, John Christopher Porterfield; son, John Slade Porterfield; mother, Sandra Slade & fiancé, Ken David; father, Charles Satsky & Judy Starnes; sisters, Gail Satsky Guentzel and Lindsay Holmes; mother in law, Vicky Porterfield; step sons, Cannon Porterfield and Jameson Key; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
