Billy Edward Tumlinson, 65 of West Columbia, Texas passed away Saturday, August 6, 2016 in Nacogdoches. He was born September 20, 1950 in Clute, Texas to Oscar and Lilly Tumlinson. He retired from U.S. Contractors after 28 years of service; Served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict; enjoyed hunting, fishing and racing.

He is survived by his son, Edward Tumlinson of West Columbia; daughter, Stephanie Lamb and husband, Fred of West Columbia; brother, Gene Tumlinson and wife, Peggy of Pledger; grandchildren, Brittany Lamb, Emily Tumlinson, Madison Harrison, Lexie Tumlinson, Peyton Tumlinson, Shannon Vasquez, Micheal Harrison and Danielle Harrison.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Dollie Bynam and wife, Nelda Tumlinson.
