Hiers, and John R. Hiers.

She is survived by her brother, Dale Chadwick, and her sisters, Lori Shipman, Rosa Ward, and Ruby Tollett, who will deeply miss her gentle spirit and kindness.

Charlotte is preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Francis Hiers, Jr.; and her parents, Philip Ray Chadwick and Delores Ann Hopkins, who were foundational figures in her life.

A graveside service to honor her memory will be held on January 8, 2025, at Sweeny Cemetery in Sweeny, Texas, starting at 1:00 PM and concluding at 2:00 PM. Charlotte's profound impact on those she loved will be felt for years to come, and she will be remembered with much affection and respect.
