Clarence Orchard

Clarence Lee Orchard, 75, of Sweeny, passed from this life on Monday, February 11, 2019 in Bay City, Texas. He was born on January 5, 1944 in Angleton, Texas to Paul and Blanche (Watson) Orchard.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Monday, February 18, 2019 at the Gulf Coast Christian Center in West Columbia with Pastor Bob Hankins officiating. Burial will follow at Sweeny Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 12:00 pm until service time. Serving as pallbearers will be Rickey Orchard II, Travis Fojtik, Anthony Glaze, Mike Marshall, Johnathan Shepperd, James Shepperd, and Shane Guice.

Clarence is survived by his wife, Cheryl Kay Orchard; sons, Clarence Lee Orchard II (Bubba) and Paul Huling Orchard; daughter, Rebecca Palacios; brothers, Paul, Donnie, and Rickey Orchard; sisters, Barbara Guice and Marlyn Fojtik; along with 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 10 nieces, and 4 nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Valerie Orchard Miller; and grandson, Colton Schuerg.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Clarence's name to Houston Hospice, 1905 Holcombe Blvd. Houston, Texas 77030.
