Elsa J. Meyer, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away in her home with her family early Saturday morning, October 29, 2016. Born January 2, 1927, died at the age 89, "The last of the Jackson Five," as she always said...

A proud woman she was, loving to share that she was of Viking ancestry, left us with many of her memories from a time most of us never experienced. She loved sharing how exciting her life was and what a loving husband, Bruce Meyer, and three beautiful children, Amanda Meyer, Beau Meyer, and Victoria Dickson, she created, never to forget Peter Pletcher, whom she considered one of her own. She was proudest of her children's, grandchildren's, and great grandchildren's accomplishments, living to hear what next achievement they had mastered.

Preceeded in death by Husband, Bruce H. Meyer, sisters Elizabeth Sesler and Jean Rodriguez, and brothers Gus Jackson and Harry Jackson.

Survived by children Beau Meyer and wife Margaret Meyer, Amanda Meyer, and Victoria Dickson and Gary Dickson. Grandchildren William Bruce Dickson, Mathew Weld Meyer, Hanna Amanda McMenamin and husband Stephen McMenamin, Mary Leigh Meyer, and Margaret Elsa Meyer. Great Grandchildren Camille Cartledge, Tyler Hafele, Savannah Hafele, Trevor Hafele, Tristan Wathen, Hayden Preissinger, Sawer Hafele, Ryan Cartledge, Teagan Hafele, Lucas Wathen, Danny Hayden, Saylor Hafele, Charley Cartledge-Agudelo, Skylar Agudelo.

To our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, we'll see you on the other side.
