Howard Giesler

Howard Robert Giesler, 88 of East Columbia, Texas passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at the Veteran's Hospital in Houston. He was born August 26, 1927 in Canada to Leo and Pauline (Ashenbremer) Giesler. He was a commercial fisherman and served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.

Graveside services will be held 11:00am, Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Cedar Lawn Haven of Rest Cemetery in West Columbia with Kenneth Lott officiating. Visitation will be held at Baker Funeral Home in West Columbia from 9:00am until 10:30am. Serving as pallbearers will be Cody Gupton, Lynn Broadway, Gary Broadway, Rick Landrum, Tracy Gupton and Jerry Wolf. Honorary pallbearer will be Jack Broadway .
