Howard was remembered by his family as a very generous man who constantly sought ways to give to others. His cheerful demeanor and readiness to help made him a treasured presence in their lives. Howard's legacy of warmth and positivity will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
He is survived by his devoted niece, Carol Powell (Glenn) of Fort Worth, TX; niece Linda Lucas of Groesbeck, TX; nephew Bobby Lucas of Groesbeck, TX; nephew Eddie Wolfe of Donie, TX; Niece Rosia Tauer of Wichita, KS; Nephew Dewey Wagner (Lisa) of Daclay, GA and niece and caretaker Sue Wolfe of Brazoria, TX. Howard is preceded in death by his parents, His beloved wife Debra and siblings: Mildred Aarons, Lawrence Taylor, Edna Mae Galiga, and Dorothy Vanderpool.
The impact of Howard’s life resonates deeply with his family and friends, who will carry fond memories of his laughter and generosity with them always.
A memorial service will be held at a later date, at Wild Peach Community Church.
