Hubert Finch

Hubert Bruce Finch died on April 24, 2017 at the age of 87. A native Houstonian, Bruce attended New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell and Kiski School in Pennsylvania. He attended Rice University and graduated there in 1956, following an over 4 year break in the U.S. Air Force, where he graduated from the Aviation Cadet Program and served as an officer. He remained in the active Air Force Reserve until his discharge in 1962 as a captain. He held jobs in banking and manufacturing and was an investment advisor until retirement in 1995. Bruce was an avid pilot until 2008. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lois, and his wife Caroline, of over 52 years. He is survived by 2 nephews, a niece, and several cousins.

A private graveside service was at held at the Gulf Prairie Cemetery in Jones Creek, Texas.
