Irene Phillips

Irene Geneva Phillips, 95 of Missouri City, Texas passed away April 22, 2017 in Houston, Texas. She is survived by daughters, Carolyn Ann Phillips Ryerson; Eugenia Pfannenstiel; grandchildren, Wendy Dee, Buffy and Wanda Kay; great-grandchildren, Joseph Bryan Rigby Jr., Lillian Tracy Cleaveland, Logan Tyler Warren, Wyatt Owen Rigby, Andreana Rene Eucedes and Jocie Belle Meadows.

She is preceded in death by parents, George Vance and Gertrude Delores Helmecke Deorsam; husband, Oscar Martin Phillips, brothers, Lewis Deorsam, Raymond M. Deorsam and Carl Lee Deorsam; sisters, Tillie L. Deorsam, Edna Deorsam and Lillie Deorsam.

Funeral services will be held 10:00am Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at First United Methodist Church in Sweeny with Rev. J. Keith Broyles officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening at Baker Funeral Home in West Columbia from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. Burial will be held Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Restland Cemetery in Gatesville, Texas at 1:00pm with Rev. Paul Woodworth officiating.
