Mary Alexander

Mary Ann Alexander, 96 of West Columbia, Texas passed away in Lake Jackson. She was born in Grandview, Texas to Thomas and Henrietta (Quinn) Cooper. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She taught English at West Columbia schools for over 34 years.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00pm on Saturday, December 10, 2016. Visitation will begin at 12:00pm until service time on Saturday at Baker Funeral Home in West Columbia with David Weaks officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Lawn Cemetery.

Mary Ann is survived by her sons, Pete Alexander and wife, Sandra; Steve Alexander and wife, Kathy and Andy Alexander and wife, Joy; 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charlie Alexander, her brother, Thomas Cooper.
