Mary Ford

Mary Nell Keith Ford, 79 of Sweeny, Texas passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Country Village in Angleton. She was born May 22, 1936 in Chattanooga, Tenn. to William Harvey and Rebecca (Young) Pruitt. Mary lived her life for God, and she was one of his greatest prayer warriors. She taught in Sunday School, and was dedicated to nursing. She always said that her greatest accomplishment was her children. Mary was loved beyond measure.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm, Friday, May 20, 2016 at Baker Funeral Home in West Columbia. Burial will follow at Sweeny Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00pm until service time. Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons, Trent Bieri, Travis Bieri, Nick Keith, Aaron Rankin, Justin Keith and Brian Oakes. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Keith, Joey Keith, Adrian Flores, Dylan Harley and Kevin Duke.

Mary is survived by her son, Tim Keith of Natchitoches, LA; daughters, Debbie Garcia and husband, Julian of West Columbia; Karen Lowe and husband, Michael of Danbury; Kathy Bieri and husband, Hardwick of Angleton and Elizabeth Cano of Danbury; 17 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Charles Wesley Keith and Elton Lee Ford; son, Charles Steven Keith; grandson, Johnathan Dax Cantu; granddaughter, Julia Katelyn Bieri, along with great-grandchildren, Jody Wade Broussard, Timothy Keith and Ashton Keith and her 2 brothers and 5 sisters.
