Mary Linda “Mom” Sullivan, 69, of Sweeny was born June 9, 1951 in Freeport, Texas. She passed peacefully at home on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 and was reunited with her loving parents Grover and Lucille (Smith) Streetman and her siblings Patricia Head and husband David, Don Streetman and Derryl Streetman.
She was a graduate of Brazosport High School and retired from First State Bank in Clute. She was a member of the choir at First United Methodist Church in Sweeny and enjoyed spending time with her church family. Nothing in life gave her more joy than her children and their families.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Richard Sullivan; children Brad Sullivan and wife Marissa of Lake Jackson, Scott Sullivan and wife Jamie of Sweeny; sisters-in-law Kim Streetman of Richwood and Diane Streetman of Sweeny; grandchildren Jordan Sullivan, Jordan Aguilar, Justin Sullivan, Amiya Aguilar, James Sullivan, Jordan Able, Declan Donnelly, Ryan Sullivan; 4 great grandchildren; 4 nieces and 3 nephews.
Memorial services will be held at First United Methodist Church in Sweeny on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 2:00 p.m., with Dr. Arthur Richardson officiating.
The family requests that everyone in attendance, are requested to wear purple in Linda's honor.
