Michael Keith Boone

Michael “Mike” Keith Boone of West Columbia, Tx died Wednesday October 16th peacefully

at his home with his wife by his side. He was born on November 25th, 1957, in Beaumont,

Texas.

He grew up in Lubbock and where his passion for riding motorcycles began and that was

carried on throughout his life. On of his biggest passions was joining the Sons of

Confederate Veterans honoring his ancestors.

Mike is survived by his wife, Chris; mother, Patsy Boone (Houston); children Garrison Boone

(Clear Lake), Tasha Ferguson, and husband Justin (Frisco); stepson TJ Angus and wife

Tiffany (Longview); brother Mark Boone (Brazoria) and sisters Gina Boone (Pearland), Dena

Rau and husband Will (Houston); grandchildren Maddox Ferguson, Stiles Ferguson and

Sloane Ferguson (Frisco), James Angus, Jade Angus, Austin Angus, Anderson Angus

(Longview), plus numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father Sam Boone Jr.; grandparents Sam Sr. and Nita Boone,

Homer Taylor and Edna Shugart.

Funeral home visitation will be held Wednesday, October 23rd 1pm at C.T. Baker & Sons

Funeral Home, 634 S. Columbia Drive, West Columbia TX, followed by a gravesite service at

Brazoria Cemetery. There will be a procession ride from C.T. Baker & Sons to the gravesite,

kick stands up 2:15pm.
