Peggy Brown

Peggy Hulean Brown, 82, of Brazoria, passed from this life on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at her home. She was born on December 28, 1935 in Mayport, Florida to Kirven and Ada (Singleton) Wylie.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, October 27, 2018 at the First Baptist Church of Brazoria with Brother Greg Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Brazoria Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, October 26, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm also at the church.

Peggy is survived by her husband, Ruben Brown "Farmer Brown"; sons, Danny Brown, Donny Brown and wife, Jeanna, Ronny Brown and wife, Rhonda, Gary Brown and wife, Susan, and Larry Brown and wife, Elizabeth; daughter, Cheryl Montgomery; grandchildren, Amie Stacy and husband, John, Melissa Rowin and husband, Alex, Blake Brown and wife, Kassie, Melvin Montgomery, Joanie Scaff and husband, Donald, Josh Brown and wife, Myranda, Jeremy Brown, Jesse Brown and wife, Russella, Jonathan Brown, and Austin Brown; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jimmy Wylie and wife, Jackie, and Robert Wylie and wife, Connie; sisters, Audrey Randell and husband, Walt, Frances Borecky and husband, Lee, and Marilyn Lashley and husband, Burl; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, 2 sisters, 2 grandsons, 1 great-granddaughter and 1 great-grandson.
