Peggy Carpenter

Peggy Sue Carpenter, 48 of Sweeny, Texas passed away at her home on Tuesday, May 30, 2017. She was born April 3, 1969 in Weimer, Texas to Charles and Vivian Sue Meyer Koerth.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm, Monday, June 5, 2017 at Baker Funeral Home in West Columbia with Frederick Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Sweeny Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, June 5, 2017 from 11:00am until 1:00pm also at Baker Funeral Home.

Serving as pallbearers will be David Meyer, Connor Wisdom, John Paul Koerth, Scott Koerth, Clint Carpenter and Clayton Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Whipple, David Carpenter, Charles Koerth, Sr, Charles Koerth, Jr. and Charlie (Choo Choo) Mazac.

Peggy is survived by her son, Clint Carpenter; daughter, Amberlie Carpenter and Kimbrick Lewis; parents, Charles Koerth and Vivian Sue Meyer Boyd; brothers, Charles Koerth, Jr. and wife, Daphane, Scott Koerth and wife, Jennifer and John Paul Koerth and wife, Amanda; sister, Tammy Jones; grandchildren, Jaedyn, Faith, and Beau Villarreal and Troy Lee Newman; in-laws, Joni and David Carpenter; along with niece and nephews, Brittany Anderson and Colby Jones.

She is preceded in death by grandparents, Charlie and Della Mae Meyer and granddaughter, Jaelie Villarreal.
