Robert Gibson, 80, beloved Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather, and Great-grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on Thursday September 9, 2021. He entered this world on June 25, 1941, in Burlington, VT, born to Robert and Irma Gibson. Robert served in the US Navy as a SEAL from 1963 - 1971.

He is survived by his wife Marsha Gibson; daughter Suzanne Gibson; son Brian Gibson; daughter-in-law MeLisa Gibson; granddaughter Kaylee Powell; great-grandson Derrick Powell; great-grandson Ayden Powell; great-granddaughter Lillian Powell.

Memorial service will be held 2:00 pm on Saturday September 25, 2021, at C.T. Baker & Sons Funeral Home in West Columbia, Texas.
