Victor Gladwynn Ashbrook

Victor Gladwynn Ashbrook, 72, of Sweeny, Texas passed into the arms of the Lord on October 5, 2023. He was born on July 14, 1951, in Bay City, TX to the late Wayne Alvin Ashbrook and Hazel Schmidt.

Upon graduating high school, he became an operator in the oil and gas industry.

When he was not working, you could find him enjoying hunting, fishing, and being with his best friend – Kodiak, his emotional support dog. Family was very important to Victor, and he was known to be generous and very kind to anyone in his presence.

Victor is preceded in death by his parents, Wayne Alvin Ashbrook and Hazel Schmidt, and his late wife, Susan Ashbrook.

Services for Victor will be held privately at the family’s request.
